Who we are and the service

The service is provided by Simlabs (a Finnish sole proprietorship, business ID 3664032-5), PO Box 13, FI-00561 Helsinki, Finland.

In the service a claim becomes a question, people answer with a probability, others' estimates show after your own answer, and the result is settled by the rule and the source. The service is free and has no purchases. There are no accounts: your data is in this browser's session, and if you delete its cookies, the link to your earlier answers is lost.

Who may use it

Answering, making questions, sharing links, and proposing results are for people aged 18 or older only. Someone aged 13–17 may also report content through the form. We ask your age the first time you write. Please answer truthfully. Anyone may read questions.

If we learn that someone under 18 has written, we stop their writing and remove their name and the text of their comments, as the privacy notice says. In some regions you can only read, and in some the service is not available at all.

What you may post

• You are responsible for the questions you make, the texts you write and the name you give.
• Questions about public figures may concern their public role: career, results, statements, promises, releases, deals, elections and public court cases, and personal life they have made public themselves, when the question is settled by their own announcement or an official record.
• Never, about anyone named: death or harm, health beyond professional availability, sexuality, sex life or gender identity, pregnancy, their children, or accusations of crimes not already in court.
• No questions about a private person's private life without them being in on it. Do not use the service to harass anyone.
• No illegal content, hate speech, spam, or intimate images or information shared without consent.

Every new question is checked automatically before it is published. The check can block a question or hold it for a person to review, and questions about politics or elections are always reviewed by a person.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content that breaks these terms. A report hides nothing by itself. Staff may hide a question or remove a comment's text, and every action is recorded with its reason. You see the reason on the question's status page and can contest the decision by email. If you are named in a question, you can ask for its removal.

No wagering

The service has no money, stakes, purchasable currency, crypto or prizes for being right. You must not use questions, answers, results or scores to bet, or to organise betting among yourselves or for others. Questions whose purpose is a bet may be removed.

Your content and our licence

What you write is yours. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, show, copy and process your questions, answers, comments and name only to run the service: showing questions and others' estimates, the results you share, settling results, moderation and the record. The licence does not cover sale, licensing, research, AI development or model comparison.

Answers are a timestamped record that is never edited. Even after an erasure request they stay, pseudonymous, without data that identifies you.

Not advice

Questions, answers, aggregates and results are entertainment and opinion, not financial, legal, medical, betting or any other advice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. It may change or end, and we do not promise that it works without interruption or that results are free of errors.

We are not liable for indirect loss to the extent the law allows. We do not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has under mandatory law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may also bring a claim in the courts where you live. In Finland, a consumer can take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).

Changes to these terms

We publish changed terms as a new version with its date. We record which version you were shown when you write. If you keep writing after a new version is published, you accept it. If you do not accept it, you can stop and ask us to erase your data.
